Fresh IFR and Transponder
My business partner found this aircraft for a doctor in 1995. They had looked at 25+ airplanes and still did not find on with the autopilot and instruments that they wanted. This aircraft had some wind damage. The gentleman that owned it was one of the best 210 specialist in the country, so we spec'd it with the engine, prop, auto pilot and radios that we wanted along with the repairs.
The repairs were completed in 1996 and to my surprise, this was a very fast 210. I am not sure exactly why but I have won many bets with 210's Bananza's and Mooney's. When the doctor decided to sell it, my partner and I had to have it. It has been our personal airplane for the past 4 years. We hate to sell it, but have moved to a larger airplane and can not afford both.
We have been extremely happy with the airplane and have had almost no trouble of any kind. All the equipment works well and should provide many more years of service.
